We're hiring for a Production Technician in Kenosha, WI.

Production Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Palletize product according to company/customer specifications and use pallet jack to transfer Place product onto trays off the conveyor in a fast-paced motion Prepare, cook, fry, weight, and decorate product according to company specifications Print, collect, distribute, and apply labels onto all the corresponding cases of the product being shipped Identify any quality issues, safety related issues, as well as overall plant inefficiencies and report them to the appropriate shift supervisor Clear any blockage or interference off the conveyor as the product makes its way down the conveyor belt to prevent product buildup Support co-workers in other operations in the event of any downtime to increase volume productivity Maintain vigilance at all times during hours of operation to minimize any unexpected hazardous events Assemble kits ready for usage of product to be placed in Place finished product into premade kits ready for taping Run finished kits through the taping machine prior to palletizing them Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisory personnel Production Technician requirements:
Work in a cooler environment consisting of refrigerated temperatures maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit Experience of working in food production a plus Communicate in a diverse multi-cultural environment Working overtime with little to last minute notice mandated by company Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
