This position provides support and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
JOB DUTIES:
Administer the payroll functions of the company, including bi-weekly processing, garnishments, adjustments, reimbursements, etc.
Serve as the go to for all HR reporting needs, including analysis of surveys and performance reviews, compensation surveys, audits, and compliance requirements.
Manage the worker's comp process from injury report to claim reporting to tracking to OSHA 300 reporting.
Support the recruiting and onboarding efforts by coordinating orientation and onboarding activities.
Maintain HR records for accuracy and reporting - to include employee files, and I-9s.
Engage with employees regarding training, PPE, ADA, FMLA, and COBRA.
Help to plan and execute employee events and recognitions.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school or equivalent diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role that includes payroll processing, recruitment, interviewing, and managing health benefit program.
Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to be office-based.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Post high school education in a related field.
ADP payroll processing experience.
