We are a missioned-based company helping hospitals streamline their screening and enrollment processes to help the uninsured and underinsured community gain coverage.
Bilingual Eligibility Specialist:
This job may be right for you if you thrive in a customer service orientated position and are passionate about helping people.
This role is responsible for assisting self-pay, or underinsured patients with screening and enrollment into available healthcare coverage, such as Medicaid and the Marketplace.
Required
Qualifications:
Fluent (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish Passionate about assisting the uninsured and underinsured community High School Diploma 1
years of customer service experience Comfortable communicating via telephone and email Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-suite Preferred
Qualifications:
Medicaid and Marketplace process experience Healthcare and/or startup experience Job Requirements and duties:
Routine calls to patients Complete and submit initial paperwork for patients Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
