Information Technology Project Coordinator
A leading logistics client of ours is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team to help with Scheduling and Coordinating meetings, maintaining and administering project objectives, and providing general administration support across IT related projects projects.
This position is ONSITE and is set up as a 6 month contract starting out with potential extensions after.
Responsibilities Schedule & coordinate meetings Ensure Logistics & related are planned for and in place Capture meeting minutes and distribute within 24 hours of the meeting conclusion Capturelogdisseminate & manage all actions, issues, decisions and risks and confirm with the meeting participants prior to meeting adjournment Maintainadminister the Program RAID LogM (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) Communicate out to the project team(s) changes andor updates as required Follow-up on action items as dues dates are approaching Provide general administration support including, Presentationdeck creation and coordination of slidescontent, Review project status pages for accuracy, timeliness and quality, etc.
Requirements:

years of experience in IT Project Coordination Bachelors Degree Effective communicator Highly organized Recommended Skills Communication General Administrative Support Project Coordination Coordinating Scheduling Risk Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
