Evaluates trends in recruitment and the job market to recommend recruitment and retention strategies.
SITE(S) Froedtert Kenosha Center Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in:
Human Resources, Business, Social Services or related field MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3-5 years in Human Resources (preferred) 2 years of Recruitment experience including (preferred) Proficiency in the use of computers and social media LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED Knowledge and experience with various computer programs/software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), HRIS, time recording system, online training and appraisal system, and online applicant tracking system.
Experience with social media recruitment including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Effective interviewing and negotiating skills.
Familiarity with utilizing and sourcing applicants through online job boards.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES Delivers full life-cycle recruiting which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing and extending job offers and initiating onboarding.
Processes and evaluates applications, reviews resumes, Spark Hire submissions, and reference checks on an electronic platform in a timely manner.
Review and process internal transfer applications by working with appropriate department manager(s).
Ability to source candidates utilizing various websites and other resources to recruit top talent.
Creates and posts job advertisements for positions within assigned departments on various social media websites, educational websites, and job boards.
Initiates clerical aspects of onboarding such as scheduling pre-employment physical, employment forms, and notifying the department of the employees' starting date.
Completes weekly status report on recruiting efforts and employee relations activity.
Presents the System-wide New Employee Orientation.
Participates in job fairs, open houses and other activities to attract qualified candidates.
Advises and assists management staff in the application and interpretation of HR policies, legal compliance, grievances and corrective action.
Reviews employee complaints and ensures timely documentation of concerns or issues.
Facilitates actions to resolve the employee issues and addresses them with the appropriate management team.
Create documentation of no show or call, corrective action up to and including termination letters in a timely manner.
Reviews managers corrective action and/or feedback documentation in Symplr and approves in a timely manner.
Conducts 30, 60, 90-day discussions with new hires to gather feedback on their onboarding experience and provides a summary to hiring manager and HR leadership in order to support employee engagement.
Attend and present at respective department meetings every 6-12 months or as requested.
Conduct quarterly department leadership meetings to review recruitment and retention strategies.
Evaluates trends in recruitment, the current job market, and turnover to recommend recruitment and retention strategies.
Reviews exit interviews completed by terminated employees, evaluating turnover and identifying retention problems from the data collected.
Other various projects as assigned by leadership.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
