Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.

Ability to multi-task and pivot as needed Attention to detail is critical Must be proactive, anticipating what's next Ability to make informed decisions Logic and problem solving Work under pressure with minimal supervision Self-motivated and driven Willingness to ask questions for clarification Team player Some Specific Duties Include:
Setting up jobs in computer systems Ordering & Issuing PO's for equipment, parts, and subcontractors Approving vendor invoices Billing customers Submitting product data specs to engineers for approval Updating monthly project cost estimates Maintaining project files and documentation Communicating with customers and vendors Back-up dispatch and payroll for department Martin Petersen Company is an industry leading full service mechanical contractor located just off I-94 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
