Position Responsibilities Manage a team of credit professionals, onboard new staff and provide guidance, support and coaching.
Direct and coordinate specialized teams, including fraud prevention, systems testing, financial analysis and credit risk management.
Execute innovative credit procedures to maximize cash flow, minimize losses and evaluate customers' financial worthiness.
Evaluate credit risks associated with customer segments, products, specific industries and third-party agency ratings.
Provide updates and reports to senior management on credit performance, trends, actions and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

years of relevant experience resulting in a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis and credit limit determination.
3
years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, workflows and resources.
