Here's what you'll do:
Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the leaseDemonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residentsFollow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residentsUtilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functionsPrepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systemsSchedule:
We're currently in our winter hours through 03/31 which is Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-4On 04/01 we go to summer hours which is Monday-Friday 10-6 and Saturday 9-5This position will be required to work on Saturday with Sunday's off plus an additional day off during the week.
