College Intern - Community Relations

Location:
Snap-on Corporate Offices located at 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, WI Schedule:
In-person, approximately 15-25 hours a week with the ability to adapt work hours to accommodate school schedules. Position
Summary:
Help support the Corporate Marketing team with binder preparation and events, documentation preparation, social media research, community events, and general office administration Key Tasks:
Office support of corporate marketing team, including document retention, data entry, photocopy and print assistance Assist with maintenance of the Snap-on pertinent digital assets and other internal databases Help prepare materials event-prep materials for ongoing activities and events Proofreading, transcribing, and creation of written materials Document preparation and event research Complete other tasks and projects as needed. Requirements:
Education & Work
Experience:
Must be currently in college (sophomore and above preferred) Interest in Communications, Events, PR, and Digital Marketing Excellent computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred
Experience:
Experience creating written materials for publication (newsletter content, presentation, etc) Individual Competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
