Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
5-10 years' experience in a Finance role.
Construction or contracting experience a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
Direct all accounting and finance activities to ensure data integrity, timeliness and accuracy of accounting systems, and compliance with financial and accounting policies.
Ownership for developing budgets, operating plans, performance metrics and reporting to drive financial performance.
Supervise bookkeepers to ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting systems.
Providing managing members month-end financial information.
Manage cash flow by overseeing collection efforts and bill payments.
Provide year-end information needed for tax preparation to outside accountant.
Responsible for all banking transactions, including ACH transfers, internal transfers and line of credit payments.
Manage payroll.
Oversee administrative departments (marketing, sales and human resources)
