The Director of HR is responsible for the following competencies:
Ensure all payroll records are checked for accuracy and that payroll is completed and dispersed in accordance with company policy.
Process all change-of-status forms in coordination with Payroll processing.
Primary HR: Recruiting/Hiring/Staffing/Training/Scheduling/Recordkeeping
Maintain Job Application Filing and Retention System
Personnel Development:
Leads Managers in writing and delivering corrective actions to team members for the purpose of developing Frontida's team members in their success.
Support Managers in terminating team members who demonstrate a pattern of not exhibiting Frontida's values.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
