- Start with the paycheck, base: $14.00 - 16.00/hr., plus monthly sales bonuses.
o Top performers can make upwards of $50 - 60,000 per year.

o Mon - Fri, 1:30pm - 10:00pm
o Mon - Thurs, 1:30pm - 10:00pm & Sun, 12:30pm - 9:00pm
o Tues - Fri, 1:30pm - 10:00pm & Sat, 12:30pm - 9:00pm

As a sales representative within our client's call center, you would contact warm leads (customer who have started by not yet completed the loan application) attempting to convert these leads into completed applications. Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for the company. Meet all sales objectives. Maintain strong knowledge of service features. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of the services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 1:30pm - 10pm

- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our service meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through service benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 - 3 years customer facing/business to business/sales experience or related college courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
- Ability to listen through a situation and think on your feet
- Show an unyielding commitment to a team and department through an excellent attendance record
- Ability to work independently
- Proven computer skills required (word processing, data entry, internet, spreadsheets)
