Description
Description: This outside field position will be headquartered in the Kenosha General Office and will be responsible for Private Label and Branding sales in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Professionally directs key account sales strategies within specific key accounts promoting and developing Private Branded Product to the Industrial market. Provides superior customer service, solutioneering and support to key positions. Develops and maintains high-level contacts and professional relationships within assigned accounts to leverage Snap-on's position and capitalize on current and emerging customer needs. This position may lead small groups of assigned traditional or segmented sales representatives and will assist when required in the collection or repossession of product(s) from customer locations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 5 years outside sales and successfully managing large and/or key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years prior experience working with private label and branding. Strong leadership skills required with previous supervisory experience in leading outside sales reps. Demonstrated success in managing increased responsibility and achieving required goals. Strong understanding of sales strategy and the ability to implement territory management. Excellent written and verbal skills. Impeccable personal presentation; ability to present effectively and appropriately, internally and externally to all levels in an organization from shop floor to executive level. Must be able to travel domestic and international as required.
Must have valid driver's license with impeccable driving record. Physical requirements apply. Must be PC proficient, including use of Microsoft Office suite products. Must be proficient in the various company and vendor software programs for quoting, ordering and referencing information. Knowledge of industrial tool market, a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
