Career Opportunities:

Sales Managers (first year earnings between $85 - $110k)
Develop a sales team by recruiting and developing talented new people.
Grow local market share by opening and maintaining accounts.
Market and deliver benefit communications and enrollment solutions to decision makers.

Sales Representatives (first year earnings between $60 - $80k)
Prospect, market and deliver benefit communications and enrollment solutions to decision makers.
Present voluntary product solutions to employees.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking individuals who have a growth mindset and want to build their own business, but enjoy a tremendous support network. Previous sales experience and current licensure a plus, but not required to apply - we'll help you obtain a license.

Skills/backgrounds associated with success are:
Experience attaining challenging sales goals.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to successfully engage all levels of customer base.
Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing client relationships.
(for sales managers) 2+ years of Business to Business sales, sales management or sales recruiting experience, with strengths in relationship building and strategic sales approaches.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
