Overview
Location: Snap-on Tools, 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53143
Coordinate, execute, and support key Product Management operations with critical information analysis and reporting. Ensure that processes are effectively documented and managed, and that opportunities for improvement are implemented and shared across team. Manage complex supplier, supply chain and sales information issues from problem identification through root cause resolution. Provide leadership to information users, and ongoing financial and business case analysis to support team decisions.
Responsibilities
Product Management Weekly sales reports and trends, warranty analysis and problem identification, marketing funding amounts due, $1M new product tracking, supplier purchase information, vendor repair database, special order line card.
Accounting - Balance co-op advertising account and reconcile consigned inventory.
Item Master - Identify and communicate item data updates (life cycle change from future to discontinued status, list price, CHROME catalog page loading, and supplier, expediter, buyer, and warranty).
Marketing Support competitive pricing and gross margin analysis. Coordinate all price changes, printing of price lists, and review of new and promotional offers.
Purchasing/Pricing Supplier purchasing reports; pricing analysis; perform sales analysis and manage special projects; generate inventory analysis; create open order, past order, new product and discontinued product reports.
General - Run access queries for various aspects of all product management and work on identifying proper tables needed for ffcreation of new queries. Document all program processes. Act as liaison for various departments regarding product management related issues (customer service, warehouse, transportation, expediting, accounting and purchasing).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a broad range of functions including marketing, supply chain, finance, purchasing (domestic and global) and sales.
Create queries and reporting from ERP system and data tables
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Access, Excel and Word.
Proven project management skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
